Boundaries are essential for living a healthy, happy life, yet so many of us go about our lives without ever learning about them. To have good boundaries is to have a good sense of who I am, what is OK for me and what is not OK for me. They are so closely linked to self care as we need a strong relationship with ourselves to know where our edges are.
